- a Province-wide series of guided tours of Places of Worship presented by HTNS

August - October 2019

Doors Open for Churches is an annual tour of church buildings in Nova Scotia held in a different county each weekend (except Pictou) from August to October. The public can visit the open churches in any order and will be greeted at the door.

HOURS: Doors will be open Saturdays 10am - 4pm and on Sunday afternoons from 1pm – 4pm unless otherwise noted.

The HTNS Places of Worship Committee is dedicated to cataloguing our religious buildings, promoting policies to protect them, and publicizing their architectural importance to Canada.
